ML Torsion Bar?

Greetings,

I have changed the rear pads on the ML this afternoon, all went well except that I noticed that part of the rear suspension on the nearside was missing, yep missing....

Looking at the Russian site it turns out to be the Torsion Bar to Control Arm Link Part number A163320032.
Question I have just looked on the inchape website and the part listed details right link, no mention of a left one. Does anybody know if they are one and the same or is there a different part number for the left one. I may try to pop over to my local dealer in the morning if not it will be sometime next week.
I'm not sure how long its been missing, the car was MOT'd last October and nothing was said then by my indi.

Hi Mark this happened to me they are the same part
I doubled up with the nut that hold the whole thing together nylock would be the last nut just tighten them against each other

Its a rear anti roll bar link,very common to see them break,only about £15 from a dealer
