On the C-Class, this function is engaged by pointing the Keyfob at the drivers door and holding the open (or close). All windows and sunroof either open or close together whilst the keyfob button is held.
On the ML, Im not sure, certainly mine hasnt got the feature, perhaps facelifted ML's have.
If your good at electronics, a circuit could be knocked up. If its important, google or look in car magazines as companies doing cabrio-open/close electronics may do the same for windows.
