Always Aspired To Own A Mercedes. Bought A New Ml. Within 5000 Miles Had To Have New Discs Fitted And The Dealer Wanted Me To Pay For New Pads. Now They Squeal When I Feather The Brakes, And I Sound Like A Bus. They Say Its Dust. Been Back 3 Times And They Clean Them. Its Ok For A Day Or Two Then It Starts Again. They Say It Is Not A Fault With The Car. My Heated Seat Gets To Hot On One Side And It Burns My Arse. The Plastic Trim On The Side Of The Seat Has Just Broken And Is Hanging On. The Automatic Lights Stay On In Bright Sunshine, As They Did This Morning, And I Have To Turn Them On When Its Very Dull. The Service From The Dealership Has Been Crap And They Never Phone Back. I Have Done 14000 Miles And Rattles Are Starting. My Range Rover Vogue Is On Order. Mercedes Are Not What They Were Will They Ever Get Back?

Sorry to hear about this.

With the number of issues you have i'd be in the dealership demanding everything was put right.

I went through nowhere near the level of complaints you have - after one particularly snotty email to the dealership with copy to a top man in DCUK my problems were solved and I got the next scheduled service chucked in for free.

My suggestion would be to keep an accurate record of the faults, your telephone calls and appreances at the dealership and their recation. Email the details to the dealershipwith a copy to DCUK
