ML270 CDI Auto Problem

My ML270 CDI seem to rev up a lot when i put the car into driveand really wants to pull forward very fast even with handbrake on. When i take the car out of drive and put into neutral or park the car lurches forward very violently.

Can anyone help me please I lost without the car working properley.

Have you had the oil and filter changed, might help, sounds to me like a short test to see if a speed sensor in the box is playing around!!
