Ml270 Radio Interference

Radio signal is almost nil when heated rear window is switched on, there seems to be two boxes in the tailgate that connect to the aerial/hrw.

Is there in sun shield type tinted windows on the car, or has this just happened

Windows are very dark but problem only started recently

A broken wire in the glass can cause it,, and these faults are made worse by the addition on add on tints, oyu could disconnect the rear window de mister and see if the radio is ok with the screen turned on
