comand sat nav. At this present time when i switch the unit on everything works ok,but there is a crackling noice coming from the offside rear speaker only.i thought it was the speaker,so i replaced the comand unit with the original audio 20,there was no crackling noice from the said speaker.Can iget the comand system repaired or do i need a new unit

The fault will be in the output stage chip, and there should be no problem in changing that, but who can change it ??

Leave it for a couple of days, I have a spare Comand 2 and I wil put it on the bench and see what they are like to work on
