ML500 Comand DVD and more help please

Hi,
I have just bought a ML 500 with the comand sat nav system but there is no DVD player in the boot and no disc in the Sat NAV.
The car is a Sept 2003 model and the Comand unit has the screen on the bottom with buttons on both sides and the disc goes at the top. I think its the W163 model. Did the car come with a built in DVd player in the boot?
Does anyone know the model number of this incase i want to get one.
Also the car only came with 1 key, Can mercedes change the electronic code on the chip on the key, I am worried that if a previous owner still has a spare key they can not just take the car.
Any info would greatly help me.

Nothing you can do about the key, why not ask the last owner.

I have found the DVD player under rear seat thanks, Only got car an hour ago but never saw DVD as it was under baby seat,
One more question,
When i press TV button it says no TV. What is the problem there. The unit is a W163 so what disc should i buy for the Sat Nav.

You do not have a TV fitted, that was a £800 option.

You need to contact alfie our Sat nav man for the disc,he sells them.

If you have a DVD fitted, then you either have the TV tuner (unlikely as your TV button appears to do nothing) or there is a multimedia adpater fitted. It sounds like the car has had some modifications as DVD was not a factory offered option.

Try turning the DVD player on and then pressing the TV button. Failing that, ask the last owner how to get it come on.
