Mobil 1 cheapest place to buy in Lanc's

Hi I've done another 13,000 miles in my ML 270 & fancy the Mobil 1 oil change this time, last time I used

5w-40
Fully Synthetic
ACEA A3 B£ B3 API CF
10 lts of this cost me £50.00

I have two question's

Is Mobil 1 a better oil than the above

Also where would be the cheapest place to buy Mobil 1 in Lancashire

Any replies would be greatly appreciated

Get over to Millers in Brighouse and buy their trucksynth 5W-30. It is to MB 228.5 which is the spec for merc commercials and Sprinters so should be perfect for the 5 pot CDI in your 4x4. Check your owners manual and I bet 228.5 is listed as an acceptable spec.

It was recommended to me by an ex Millers salesman (he was pushed out of his job in unpleasant circumstances so he had no reason to favour them!) and he reckons it is as good or better than Mobil 1 but without the silly price tag. Not sure if it is available in less than 25ltrs though?
