Mobilolife & Goodwill payments

From what I understand Mobilio life will cover

a) Breakdown and starting assistance

and

b) Minor on-the-spot repairs up to ? 150 including VAT when carried out by a Mercedes-Benz service outlet (excluding parts)

for up to four years, but ONLY in the case of "breakdown caused by minor mishap" This appear to show that the cover for labour on goodwill repairs is only if the vehicle suffers a "Technical Breakdown or Starting problem" If the car starts and moves then Mobliolife will not provide cover.

Some repairs can be covered under MB goodwill guidelines - but I can not find anywhere what these guidelines are? Does anyone have any idea?

Kerry. The local franchised dealer suggested it was "A grey area". I would suggest you give the sharp suited gentlemen/ladies at Milton Keynes a phone call or write & ask, they will respond.
