My wife and I are about to take delivery of a C200 Coupe. We are trying to establish whether the cover MobiloLife provides will enable us to cancel our AA membership. Neither of us can get our heads round the MobiloLife brochure saying that various services are provided within a radius of 25 miles of a MB dealer. We have both spoken to Customer Services at MobiloLife and we still cannot grasp what is on offer if we have a problem outside the 25 mile radius. It is one of those silly situations where either they cannot grasp the question we are asking and we cannot grasp their reply. We are obviously missing a fundamental point somewhere.
So is there anyone out there willing to give a simple answer to what we see as a simple question. What happens if we breakdown outside a 25 mile radius of a dealer please.
I would just like to add that this is my first post to the forum having only found it a day or so ago. Something I regret for, having looked at some of the threads, I am sure we would have found it useful in the run up top our purchase.
I look forward to someone putting us right on our MobiloLife question.
