mode number question

hopefully this is in the right section lol
my dad has a - C180 elegance estate 1997 (p)-manual; i'm trying to get a replacement wiper/indicator stalk for it...looked on e-bay but most merc parts seem to be called by 'W202...201.....etc' was just wondering if anyone knows what 'W' model this is please.

the chassis number starts with w then the first 3 numbers ie w203
