Have been looking through different areas of the forum but as im new to mercs i have no idea as to which clk i have. Its a 2001 320 so if anyone knows which version it is, could they post which it is or somewhere where i can find out myself.

Welcome to the forum.
Wikipedia has a very good timeline of all Mercedes models. Go to any merc on the site, scroll to the bottom and there are two options - one for very early cars and one for cars after 1980s

Another way of answering that one, is to look at your registration document. Better still check the VIN on the car itself because sometimes the reg docs are incorrect, as was the case with mine when it was on UK plates.

The VIN will probably start along the lines of: WDB208xxx

That would makes your car a W208

And on the car the VIN is seen bottom of screen passenger side
