I saw today that there is a bill going through Brussels to pool data for motoring offences.
This will mean that anyone breaking the law in any European country will receive a summons for that offence.
This includes speeding, using the phone,dangerous or reckless driving, crossing center white lines and not wearing a seat belt.
The fines imposed will be those in use in the country where the offences were committed, but points cannot be given or any bans
