Welcome to the forum. It sounds to me that there is a fuel blockage and that you possibly may have some air in the fuel line which is stopping the flow of fuel. I am sure you will receive another or similar opinion shortly fom other members.
By the way are you sure that you installed the fuel filter properly with the arrow outlet connected to the fuel line taking fuel to the motor and not back towards the tank?

SORRY, AUSSIE NICK, but a fuel problem would NOT cause, the starter motor from turning the engine over as ( greasy beast posted ) if you read the post he has said the starter turns over but not the engine,

you also posted me the other day, when i said, if i remove the air mass plug the car runs fine, if i reconnect it it stalls, you posted me, change the fuel fillter, now you can call me stupid if you want, but how can my problem / and greasy beasts problem be a fuel problem, if there BOTH electrical problems ???????????????? im sure that other members will agree??? but i'll look forward to the answer????

Yeah thanks for your kind comments.
I guess I must just be plain stupid as you are seeming to imply. I think the other members here know me well enough by now to formulate their own opinions without having to rely on your gutless cryptic assertions. But I can see you have nothing better to do with your time in a constructive sense than try to denegrade others.
In relation to this post, I interpreted what this member was saying was that he turned on his starter motor but had no ignition. Perhaps I should have read the member's post more carefully, although he was a bit economical with his expression. I note that I welcomed the member to the forum and asked him to wait for other opinions.
As far as what I said to you I can't even remember your thread or my post to it. I am not even going to try to waste time looking up your thread.
As I said to another member it's easy to sit there in front of a computer typing away nasty insults . It is another thing to have the fortitude to stare someone in the eye and do the same.
I noticed that no one else replied to this member and I was trying to help him as much as I could. I didn't notice you putting up your learned hand to assist.
Perhaps you should conserve your energy for assisting members with their problems rather than wasting time posting gutless remarks like you have.

I Just had a look at the post where you were advised by another member Aussie and not Aussie nick to change your fuel filter.
I think you should get your facts right before you go around slandering members.
Where I come from people get sued lots of big $$$$ for doing that sort of thing.
Kindly post your apology forthwith.
