HI all,
After some radical changes to my schedule over the next year (all dropped on me like a bomb) and some careful deliberation I’ve decided to sell the 190E – it’s a fantastic car and I’m going to miss it, however I just don’t have the time to give it the care and love required to keep it in it’s present condition.
I’ve purchased a new 2005 Mini Cooper (driven 4000 miles by manager at dealership, with every single option - got very good deal due to cash sale and threatened several times to walk away if my demands were not met!!) as replacement and am not in a rush to sell the 190E, which will be prepared for sale and go into storage.
It will most likely go up for sale on Mercseller - but if someone wants to make me a serious offer then it could be yours.
PM me for info and please keep in mind this car is 100% original and all MB parts!!! (Except for the Alpine glide-touch head unit and Alpine iPod adaptor, Infinity Kappa speakers front and rear, using original holes).
It is in far superior condition to all of the 2003 model cars that I was considering buying before realising the only thing better than the 190E would be a new car.
There are photos in the w201 section - since these pics a lot of detailing work was done for example the entire bodykit was removed to check for rust (none) cleaned, waxoiled and refinished then re-fitted with new clips and screws etc etc etc....
This is as close to a new 190E as you are likely to find - anyone considering modifying it, don't even bother to contact me!
Thanks guys, I still love Mercedes Benz but a new car with 3 years of warranty inc' European breakdown cover and 5 years free servicing (all extendable) was too good to refuse given my current position.
