my seat belts are driving me mad!

Whenever I go over a bump or move I get a kind if squeek coming from the roller/feeder of the belt in the door pillar. It is driving me ****** mad!!!
Any ideas why it is doing it and how I can stop it. I don't want to spray silicon on the belt/system obviously, but I need to do something.

By removing the door pillar trim you can get to the roller that squeaks, pull the belt all the way out, and you will not get any on the belt
