Mysterious coolant leak

Hi all, lm new to the forum so I’m asking for help with a coolant leak I have. It’s a Vito 113 cdi 2013 and has developed a leak I’m guessing from somewhere around the fuel filter area just slightly behind the filter, it’s not drivable as when cold I fill water tank and it runs out at a steady stream it I start the engine and rev it up it gushes out. Any help would much appreciated I’ll scour the others threads to see if already answered for someone else. Thanks in advance

sounds obvious just to replace the part where the water comes from pal but cant you video this happening and post it up?
