N/S windscreen wiper not working.

Hi,

I have a 2003 53 plate C220 CDI SE with Pan Evo pack. I am just getting around to fixing a few faults. First question, is this a W203?

During heavy snow and ice both wipers did not move one morning for a minute or two, then the O/S kind of broke free. The N/S has never worked since.

So, since one works and one doesn't can I rule out fuses and relays, (or would they have one for each anyway), and therefore is it a new motor?

The motor is fine and the linkage will be broken, probably sheared a rivet somewhere

Thank you very much sir. I have just fixed the windscreen wipers. It was the first bolt in the system, the only one you can access without taking half a car apart :mrgreen:
