I have a rather old 2011 Mercedes A class.
Is it possible to buy a DVD Navigation disc for this model?
If so how much do they cost?

Try Comand Online if you want a genuine one that works and doesn’t kill your system. Send them your VIN if you’re not sure which one you need.

I would contact one of the specialist sat nav suppliers online, much cheaper.

I have used them in the past with no problem.

jimbg, you've been lucky, there are many reports online of people who have used non-genuine DVD's and bricked their comand system!

I have mentioned it before use your smart phone on Waze its free apart from a small amount of data.
Route planning & traffic information are much quicker than the MB one, & you have camera warning as well.

Hi I own a s class 320 cdi x reg and the original DX Sat Nav disc is missing so was given a 2011 DX Disc but this won't work .
Any suggestions to why

If I remember correctly the CD's have a code, once entered it can only be used on that device.

Buy from Mercedes but they are expensive about £100, your car might be outside the period covered.
My 2011 E350CDI still has the original disc, I use Waze on my iPhone its free & quicker.
