Need Help!!!190E 2.6 1991

right hand side parking light are out my headlight wiper don't work and my dash light in my gauges are off, i tried replacing fuse but the fuses look good. any suggestions.....

Have they worked before while the vehicle has been in your ownership?

yes. it was working just fine. i replace the fuse # 14 and every time i turn the headlight on the fuse pops.
