Need HELP!!! Drivers door Window issues...

Hi all...

i'm new to the site and relatively new to Mers's.

I really require someone's help. I have just recently bought an 1995 SL320 and i love it. But in the last day or so my drivers side window, stays in an up right position and does not want to come down. The top left of the Window in sticking slighty out. Now this has had an impact on the roof coming back and forth, as the drivers window doesnt move up or down when you open and close the door.

The passenger window works fine and goes up and down as normal and the roof's motor is working but wont come back and forth as the driver side window is not working.

I thoght it was the control unit which sits behind the passenger seat, this controls all the windows and stuff.

But i wont to know if anyone can help me and and let me know what is the issue with the drivers window.

Please HELP, i dont want rain coming in my car as the window is not aligned properly.

Hi and welcome to the forum, it sounds like the window has gone past the stop inside the door, might be worth removing the door trim panel and see if you can see anything.
