need help on my s320

hi all
i have brought a 2006 S 320 CDI AMG and i have been looking for a nav disc so i can get the sat nav working because it is not at the minute and the more i look the more confused i get i want to know what disc i need for the latest version and also where i put it as some web sites its in the head unit and some it says in the boot
