Never bought a MB before!

Hi folks. I'm considering buying a 2011 E250 convertible (55K miles) and if so will doubtless be here from time to time. I know little about this model so are there any known issues I should be wary of?

You should have bought 20 years ago when they were good. Never mind, they’re still quite good today.

My first MB was a 99 CLK230 convertible. Currently I have a 2012 E500 convertible. Both rag tops. Neither leaked. Had an RAC inspection on both before buying. Essential for peace of mind IMHO. E500 had no major issues. CLK230 has a transmission leak, which was fixed with a replacement gasket. The car then ran trouble free for 9 years.
