2015 Vito 116 Blue Tech compact
Hi All I'm new here and just got my self a Vito 116 Blue Tech 447 compact . Hoping to convert it to a hi spec camper now I have retired.

Any one know if you can take out the floor beam behind the 2 front seats? Would you need to replace the seat box for the passenger and drivers seat?

Cheers

Hello and welcome. As far as I know the floor pans are all he same for the Vito/Viano range and you can swap about the seat bases to suit removing that beam if you want. Best bet though is to join the Facebook group Mercedes Vito Campers. I belong for tips to do with my Viano used as a day van, they are great on the camping type conversion stuff and dovetail well with this forum which is loads better for faults and mechanical stuff on the vehicle itself.
