Dave....it's a shame they didn't go for an un-marked version - just think, you could have taken it home at weekends :biggrin:

I tried to get the markings off, but someone had foreseen my plan and welded it on

can you do a write up on how to put the blue lights into the avantgarde grill ;) heh heh heh.  Looks like the police car mechanics could do a profitable side-line in car modding.

The blue grill lights on FL51YFM are held in place with plastic cable ties. Not so Heath-Robinson as it sounds, they can not be seen from the outside and do not damage the grill.

This is a demo car and will no doubt be bought by a UK Police Farce once it has finished doing the rounds - at a very low price!!!

Not exactly typical of a Police Spec car, this one still has the MB Audio 10 CD player!
