New door mirror for 190e needed

My remote handle for my drivers door mirror is missing and I need to repklace it.
Truth is Ive only had the car 2 weeks, and first of all thought that either the remote switch was broken, or the mirror itself. local MB dealer put me straight that it was manual. So, is it easy to replace on a DIY basis, and does anybody know cost or have a spare one? Thanks!

MB like all of the others know how to charge for these things, why not go to a breaker, there are plenty around.
