New guy

Hi all,
Just signed up after reading a few forums, seems like I could get some good quality help from here!
I have my first Mercedes and had for almost 2 years, still love it to bits!
Just had the engine service light pop up from what I believe to be my EGR valve that is in need of a clean.
Want to try and do this myself but can anyone help me locate it please?

I wouldn’t assume it to be the egr before running a diagnostic

Thanks for coming back to me John. I have run a diagnostic on it since and it points to the gas Recirculation valve. Read up on it too and all seems to fit too. I’m in good old yorkshire
