New Ipod connector and steering wheel control solutions

Any one got any info or feedback on Kenwoods new device:

KOS-A200

As i read it it solves the ipod control issue via the steering wheel column for pre 2003 MB's

and its only around 145 quid, is it worth a look

I don't read any thing about steering wheel control in the user manual. Also this unit doesn't have any D2B / fiber connections... The only connection it makes with the existing radio head is via the antenna...
