Electronic keys (used with EIS) look like this:

If the key wont turn it is not recognising the key - try looking at the end through the camera on your phone - press the unlock button and you should see the infra red light come on - it not - is it a dead battery? - if it is the lock - dealer only as far as I can find out and it takes about a week and around £900 in charges.
