Hi, I am a newbie to the forum.

Just got a 2021 GLS, the car comes with drving assitance plus package. But I can't find the active steering assist and active lane changing assist.

Read manual book, No these two features in car's settings.

And also for the digital key, I can't find it in mercedes me app.

Please help. thanks.

That's always been the case. When I was a Car Salesman many years ago the hand over was an important part of the sale. That was part of what got you repeat business

Its a nice idea and was how it happened back in the day, but with modern cars having so many complicated systems in them it can often be impractical to go through everything, so they often just stick to the basics unless you ask a specific question.
Also it is entirely possible that the salesman does not have detailed first hand knowledge of all these systems.
