Hello all
Paul here, just bought my first Mercedes 6 months ago...straight in at the deep end with a R500L
.....love it!
Just hit my first repair, with the car taking forever to go into drive and the dreaded ' Drive to workshop without changing gear', anyhow car requires a new ISM....the problem is my extended warranty taken out when purchased says it is not covered
Want I am trying to find out is what does the ISM come under... I.e. Is it classed as a servo or something completely different?
