Hi all
my names Simon and i just brought my first merc ever, a 2011 C200 estate
so far enjoying the car, but i do have a question Probably asked many time before but forgive the newbie
main question is How do i access the Service History? i was told it is all online from the trader but thats it, i have no paper work or anything really,

can anyone explain or point me to right info?

That is correct, everything is electronic these days. Your local friendly Mercedes independent service specialist should be able to access the history via the vin number (Another new member on here also seemed to be able to get it directly from MB on a car he was /is considering buying so maybe you can...)

Welcome Simon. If you register for Mercedes Me (the Mercedes online portal) there is a section there to access the Digital Service Report. But... you need a six digit Alpha-Numeric code off the last paper print of the DSR to access it online so you will need to ask a dealer or Indie for that and they may need you to prove you now own the car!

As I told the Service guy at Southampton recently, it seems a bit daft that I can lock and unlock my car remotely with my phone but I need a code off a paper print out to access the service details online!
