New owner of used

Hi I am the proud new owner of my very first Mercedes. It's not brand new but it's new to me, it fact it is a 2012 c250 1.8 ltr turbo. I was told it was a sport but I'm sure it is a luxury, it does have sport mode but I'm thinking they all do, not sure. Anyway happy to be here and looking forward to advice on anything and everything. As it is right now I'm in a completely different world, any help is most appreciated! Thank you.
