New to MB 2015 C207 e350blutec

Hello everyone, MB virgin here. I've been working my way around German towns by the car brands. First in Munich, then Stuttgart finally to Ingolstadt, home of the four c**k rings before ending here.
I'm a big fan of V8's and really wanted to try a C63 but my budget is going else where at the moment, so I 'made do' with this gem, and what a lovely car it is to drive effortlessly. I'm looking forward to find some nice touches to make it more individual.

Hello and welcome to the forum and the world of Mercedes. That diesel V6 is certainly a good second to the V8 - I had eight happy years in my C207 350. Have much fun and just be aware that driving a Mercedes can be addictive!

PS forgot to say how much I like the red seats. All you seem to get these days is black.

Great choice! My brother had the 13 plate 350d E coupe and he absolutely loved it. Put 100k miles on it easy. Still misses it to this day as a company car forced him to sell it. It was the reliability and drive of it that made me get my 16 E class... although I can't say my E class is part of the same reliable family...

What a great choice of car, the C207 is a gorgeous looking motor, and love the Red seats, and you've got best engine.
As for mods, how about lowering springs, a nice subtle boot spoiler and a Panamerica grill.

Welcome great choice - I like the red seats. So far, Ive done the grill, upgraded the sound system, had the callipers painted, boot spoiler, wheels refurbed (got rid of the diamond cut look), and has the puddle lamps changed for Merc emblem ones. But still way behind SmartAmg

Haha, cool. I'm not one for lowering tbh but the subtle boot spoiler and Panamerica grill sound interesting. I'm toying with dechroming it but I shall wait and see. Point me in the direction of the products SmartAmg please.

Nice list, thanks! What upgrade did you give the sound system? I'm quite impressed with the stock sound. It's not too much and just fills the car.

Have a look at this. The 207 had the unusual rear wheel arches/wings of the original Ponton style Mercedes models.

When, I say lowered, I don't mean slammed, but a nice 30mm on
H&R springs, just right imo.
Panamerica grill from Bentley Grills from fleabay.
Boot and top of window spoiler from fleabay.
Calipers painted using Halfords engine paint.
