It is.
The front 1/3 ish of the under trays are dry but wet from there rearwards.
You are lucky then if it is the intercooler seals, parts are £10 and 6-8 hours labour so the warranty will cover it
The answer from the girl on the centralised call centre amused me. I asked if oil leaks in general were covered, her answer was only if there was a manufacturing defect. If there wasn't a manufacturing defect I wouldn't have an oil leak & wouldn't be calling!
It is a well known problem on the OM642 engine, mine were done in January 2018
