I'm Gary and I've owed two ML 350. I fell in love with the front of the first one and was captivated with the shear grunt of that beautiful V6. I have to say the service department is likely to be the reason I won't have a third Merc. Let's see if they leave the sump plug loose like last time. LOL don't get me started.

Quite surprised they left the sump plug loose as they normally never touch them... Dealers have been sucking the oil out for years

Having said that I’d find a decent indie and switch to them for services

They apologise if you can call it that after finding 2 pint of engine oil on my drive telling me that the sump plug oil seal hadn't seated properly. Naughty oil seal.
How do you update my location any ideas?
