Yes , due to such confusion such as this when obtaining a facelift C250 CDI with the 7g+ 722.9 requiring the 236.15 blue ATF I quadruple checked the interval with two main dealers and two independents who all unanimously came back with 5 years / 77, 500 miles .

The car in question is a 2013 C220 with a 7G box. My understanding is at that age 7G & 5G are 37,500 miles oil changes.
Around about 2016/17 & onwards it became complicated with the later 7G & 9G boxes. MB seem to have moved them all to 77500 miles, as you pointed out with your C250.
My 2011 E350CDI 7G is 37500, my wife's 2016 SLC250d 9G is 77500 miles.

It's late I know but you are presuming incorrectly it is a 7g box when it is a 7g+.
