I was looking at Goodyear f1 but I think mine is only c250 and not a c63 amg I think it would be a waste

Tyres are like Brakes. It's better to have more tyre/braking than you need than need more tyre/braking than you have.

Not the quietest of tyres but wear wise they lasted 25k on the S211, and performance wise they very predicable I find,

I would love tyres that lasted all double mine:(:(

Mainly motorway miles though malcolm but I did still enjoy pushing it a bit on back roads when I got chance, I'd say if you get around 18k on them it's acceptable.

Do not get any complaints ever on these, interesting.

Had Nexens on the X Trail Malcolm and they were absolutely superb. Definitely not quiet but really good in mud, snow, ice and wet. Never waterplaned once and considering some of the roads round here- 300 yard-long standing puddles, fairly light car with low ground pressure- that speaks volumes as to the guttering rate of those tyres.

Uniroyals are stonking... Even in the worst weather they're hard to unstick unless you try.

I have managed to unstick them a couple of times but it takes some effort and 700lb of Torque

No, I have to say since I took your advice I've been most impressed with the stickiness of them things in the wet. Those sharks work!!!
