Newbie, E320, 2003 (52) I Have Things To Sort...
Hi there to all that pass by read and also reply / help me,
I have just bought an E 320, 2003. It is a nice clean-ish car with a factory fitted AMG Kit & 19" Alloys. BUT needs a few things sorting. I have NO owners manual which makes it a tad hard working things out. Can anyone supply me one? I also require a full set of Black carpet mats (condition new) How much do these go for?. In addition to these things, I have noticed a frequent bird like tweet / squeek from the front left suspension unit whilst going over small bumps and large. I’ve been to KwikFit and they seem to think the spring sleeve is letting in dirt and causing the noise? They say to solve this its best to replace the unit and the right one too... The car has Airmatic Suspension - Does anyone know a garage in London (East / Hackney area / nearby) that is highly recommended and affordable? Also The passengers seat electric movement does not work - is there a fuse box and fuse for this ? As that might be the problem ? And can anyone recommend a place that retro fits parking sensors as the other half would like them on the car? And lastly... the alloys are AMG 19" I’d like to see if they are worth selling - part exchanging... they have slight kerbing and need a refurb. tyres are not new but have life left... Does anyone have a similar sized set to swap for mine (5 spoke style). Just fancy a change...
