Newbie from Las Vegas! I have a weird oil leak in my SLK

Hi. I have been seeing a clear oil on my driveway after I move my car. I have a 2000 SLK230. When I look up under the car in the back, I can see a big tank with a drain in the center that appears to be leaking some sort of clear oily substance. Any idea what this might be?
