Newbie ... No manual ...cant find the fuse box

Hi everyone ... just bought a 91 300e for my son ...first car and there is no manual ... please forgive me ...but I have looked high and low but I cannot seem to locate the fuse box (fan is not working, so Im starting there first).

Also, an suggestions on the best place to find an old user manual ...
