Hi all.

I'm new to this forum, which was recommended on a bike related site. I am quite impressed by the amount and quality of information available on the site.

I drive a 1995 C200 Elegance, manual, 2.0 petrol. I don't know the code for this model unfortunately.

My first query is; Lately I have found that when I select the rear window de-mister the little light on the switch blinks intermittently. The rear window is very slow to de-mist, but eventually clears which may be as much due to the temperature in the interior as to any effect the heating element may be having.

Has anyone here any idea what the problem may be, and advice on how to rectify it?

Thanks in advance.

Hi & Welcome,

Have a GS by any chance? You car is a 202 model. I don't know why your de-mister switch is flashing. When Malcolm sees this he maybe able to offer advice. If the rear screen is slow at clearing I would give it a good clean inside and out in the first instance.
