Newbie: Water in headlamp

I'm a pretty handy girl but just wanted a bit of advice on the best way to tackle this.

I've got a 1985 W123 and the left headlamp isn't draining property. I just drove two hours through torrential rains (everything else dry, thank god!) but when I got home, there was about a 1/2" of rain inside the headlamp.


Any other advice on cleaning out drain holes?
