Hi everyone I want to introduce myself as having been a proud Mercedes Vito owner since 2002 of all the crew cab models 638, 639 and more recently the 414 with no real issues to speak of.
My grandson wants to buy a Vito van 2019 111 1.6L , he tells me it has a Renault engine to which I’m concerned . I would appreciate any comments from anyone having experience of this model please.

I wouldn't worry about the Renault engine, it's in more different makes of car than we think
Cheap, reliable and most car manufactures seem to opt for it, so can't be that bad.
