no air flow on passenger side and centre console (left side)

As above, I can feel very very slight air flow but not nearly close to spec. It blows hot/cold etc, the windscreen heater works fine too.

Any ideas what it could be?

Failed motor controlling the air flaps most likely.
Other than that a failed control unit.

is that the stepper motor?

EDIT: its one of these? Is there a way to identify which actuator is the problem, would it come up on an OBDII reader?
