I have a 58 reg clc 220 cdi , ive had it in MB tech to fix the problem, but they tell me the water pump is at fault. However I've flushed out the engine and hater core, and found that the pipes going to the heater core will flush in one direction, and his is the wrong way (ie from the header tank to the back of the engine on top) but won't go the correct way through the system.
I originally had a warm stream after doing a few miles on the motorway, but now after adjusting the control from hot to cold and back again i have no heat at all.
This is driving me mad now,im wondering what the best way is to correct this and fix (or get fixed the problem)
The engine goes up to temperature, but doesn't overheat.
Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me on this
