have you turned the heater knobs to maximum? I sometimes find that the climate control has a different view of what is warm to me. It probably is 22 degress in teh car but it doesn't feel it.

There is an air vent on in the dash behind the steering wheel. It's a small circular grill. These get quite clogged and dirty so give it a wipe over so the temp sensor can breathe properly.

If it doesn't get hot when you turn the controls to full, you have a fault.

Hi BlackC55 - sorry to be 'dim' - please can you tell me what this is? Do I need a new 'one' or can it be cleaned or something!

Thanks.

Hit the 'search' feature, put duovalve in the box - plenty of results.

On the 211 it can't be cleaned. Only new is needed. Its abit fiddley to fit as its hidden under the brake fluid resevoir.

Hi everyone - in relation to my dilemma yesterday afternoon, I awoke this morning to what seemed was going to be a 'cold' drive into work. After some 3 miles of driving I decided to try and see if the heater was going to work, lowing behold it did! The temperature stated +9.5.

Can anyone give me an indication to as why my heater didn’t work yesterday but now works again? Can this be an intermittent problem? And in relation the duo valve – would this go on and off when it feels like it!?
Thanks everyone.

It could do, mine does. I have to buy a new one this year as the driver's side sticks in hot weather.
