no lights on my dash spedo e class merc 270

hi all

i was having problems with my sat nav, lost signal and going in completley different locations to where i was.
but now all my lights on the spedo have gone off and my parking sensors have stopped working.

can any one help me with this or does anyone know what may be wrong ??

i have checked fuses and disonnected batt and reconnected still no joy, so fustrated...
