No power from cold start

C240 on an X plate (new shape) - when I start up from cold for the 1st 100 yards or so there is just no power / acceleration - it seems like there is no fuel getting through - Any ideas?

When was it last serviced ?

compression issue? do you see any blue smoke?

I'd suspect the temperature sensor - making it run a bit lean until the engine temp matches the sensor - then it all catches up.
