No power from my sony cd

Hi all I got a mercedes c200 w203 2002
Just bought a head unit sony.and got wiring kit plugged in the connectors and no power.put my old Mercedes stereo in works fine.any one known the problem.???

Sometimes the permanent live and ignition switched live are in different places on the ISO connectors.

Check where they are on the car wiring and check where they need to be on your head unit.

You can (carefully) pop the leads out and put them into another slot if you need to.

I got it to work but will not turn with key.
